Our services and your project

What the site says about our services, our process, and timelines describes how we work in general. It is not an offer you can accept on the site.

If we work together, the scope, price, timeline, who owns what, and the rest of the terms for your project are set out in a written agreement that we both sign. Work starts only after that agreement is signed. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the signed agreement wins for your project.

If we send you a private link (such as your prep page, project forms, file uploads, agreements, or invoices), it is meant for you and your team. Please keep it private, because anyone with the link may be able to open it. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to what it handles.

No promise of results

We work hard for every client. Still, results depend on many things we do not control, such as search engines, AI search tools, app stores, ad platforms, your market, your competition, and how your business runs. So:

Any specific commitment we make to you as a client is set out in your signed agreement.

Text messages (SMS terms)

Program name: outdated Call Reminders

What it is: when you book a call on outdated.io, you agree to texts, and we text the mobile number you give us about that call.

We may change or end this text program. If a change affects texts you have agreed to, we will tell you first, and you can always reply STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or your text opt-in data and consent. Your consent to our texts is for outdated only, and we never pass it on to anyone else. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Our content and your content

The site and our messages link to services run by other companies, such as Google Meet, Google Calendar, Stripe, app stores, and websites we have built for clients. We do not control those sites. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

The site is provided “as is”

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we may change, pause, or remove any part of it at any time, and we may fix errors or update information without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide outdated.io, the free online checkup, and our texts “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error free, or secure, or that everything on it is complete or current.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

Some places do not allow some of these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit. This section covers the site. Your signed agreement covers any project we do for you.

If you misuse the site

If you break these terms or misuse the site, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that claim causes us, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms goes to the courts of the State of Georgia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

If you have a problem, please email us first. Most things can be sorted out with a reply. If you live somewhere whose laws give you consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement, these terms do not take those rights away.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Changes apply from that date. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply. Changes to the text message terms also follow the text program section above.

Ending access

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the site. The sections on content, no promise of results, “as is,” limits on our liability, misuse, and governing law still apply after that.
